Carolyn Lassonde - Director & Corporate Secretary Mrs. Lassonde is secretary and a director of the Corporation since December 2005. Since July 2002, Mrs. Lassonde has practiced under the name of Carolyne Lassonde, Advocate. Mrs. Lassonde was, from 1998 to 2002, a lawyer with the Montreal law firm Brouillette Charpentier Fortin s.e.n.c. Mrs. Lassonde has also been Vice-President Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Warnex Inc. (Toronto Stock Exchange) from July 2002 to August 2004. Louis Brunel - Director Mr. Brunel has been a company director and a corporate consultant since 2008. Mr. Brunel was president and Chief Executive Officer of the Institut Intenational des Télécommunications from March 2002 to september 2008.
