John McAllister - President & CEO

President and Chief Executive Officer of Extenway since February 2005. President and Chief Executive Officer of Primonics Inc., a private company. Chairman of Extenway since July 2003 and director of Extenway since March 2003; prior thereto the General Manager of Celestica Montréal from September 2001 to February 2003. From 1983 to August 2001, co-founder of C-MAC Industries Inc. and a founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Primetech Electronics Inc., a public electronics manufacturing company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"). Since April 1983, President of John McAllister Holdings Inc.

Richard Laferriere - Executive Chairman

Executive Chairman of Extenway since May 2008, President of the Board of Warnex since1995, President of the Board of FRV Media since May 2008. He was President and CEO of FRV Media from 2000 til 2008. He was also a shareholder and member of the board of « HR Strategie » a private equity firm from 2000 to 2006. He was co-founder and President of Groupe Coscient from 1978 to 1999. He is on the board of Fronsac and a member of the World President Organisation.

David Brown - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Brown has an established 30 year track-record of executive and managerial positions at a number of service and technology firms such as General Electric, Primetech Electronics, and Primonics Inc. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in both financial management and acquisitions. He is a key asset in helping Extenway source investment capital as well as identify and assess strategic acquisitions. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario.

Mario Pelletier - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Pelletier is the consulting Chief Technology Officer at Extenway. He has over 18 years experience in the engineering, telecommunications and information technology sectors. His career includes positions such as CTO of Primonics Inc, a private electronic product engineering development and IT services company. He has also been Vice-President Products of the New Network Access Division of NMS Communications Inc, and Vice-President Engineering of InnoMedia Logic Inc.

Michael Goldstein - Executive Consultant, Mergers & Acquisitions

Mr. Goldstein has more than twenty years of experience in leading business enterprises. He recently spent nine years as Founder & CEO of Hotelevision (now "The Hotel Networks"). Acquired by Liberty Media, Hotelevision sells advertising time on cable television networks (e.g., CNBC and Fox News) that the company delivers to upscale and luxury hotels across the country (e.g., Omni, Hyatt, Loews). Concurrent to Hotelevision, Michael built and sold Pinpoint Golf Marketing, a golf-venue media company. Mr. Goldstein has also consulted to leading telecommunications and media companies. Most notably, on behalf of Gemini Management Consulting, Mr. Goldstein led a team of consultants who conducted an independent assessment of the Galaxy Latin America business case, leading to a $440 million General Motors' investment. In addition, Mr. Goldstein has served, as Executive Director and Board member, with several not-for-profit alternative dispute resolution organizations.
Mr. Goldstein earned a B.A. from U.C. Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
